Personal Training
Work one-on-one with a personal trainer to perfect your boxing skills and reach your fitness goals. The best workout regimes are the ones that you will stick with....if you have ever been curious about trying boxing we are sure you will enjoy it! Sessions are for people new to the sport, or athletes who are already fit and want to perfect their technique. Classes are tailored to your goals and abilities.
Sessions will focus on technical skills, strength & cardio. Sessions are booked with Jessica who has 12+ years experience as a personal trainer and over 60 amateur boxing fights. She has a bronze medal from Canadian Nationals, has fought in 8 different states throughout the US, fought in Mexico, Finland, and France and made it to the semi-finals at the Canadian Olympic Trials. She is also the 2023 Canadian National 60kg Champion and President of Boxing Alberta.
To book a personal training session please use the contact us page. Students will need to have their own gloves, hand-wraps, skipping ropes, and indoor shoes.
